Born from her meeting with L?onard Lasry, Charlotte Rampling inhabits each of the songs with her immediately recognizable vocal imprint for a unique result. With melodies and production benefiting from luxurious arrangements, the songs are sometimes spoken, sung and played like cinema scenes. The texts of rare poetry evoke the intimacy of feelings ("Magnifique n'est-ce pas", "C'est ?crit l? dans nos yeux") with an alternation of tenderness, melancholy and sometimes even a few amused and spicy notes ("Non je ne vois pas qui vous ?tes", Je ne suis pas celle que tu crois", "Assez voyag?"...)
