Description

Fauna, the project of Urian Hackney and his partner Sarah, explores the borderlands between traditional folk and futuristic electronica on Taiga Trans. The album is a musical journey through an imaginary, vast forest landscape, where analog synthesizers and drum machines merge with organic instrumentation. The record evokes an atmosphere that feels both earthly and otherworldly, rooted in natural themes and spiritual exploration. With this, Glitterbeat Records presents a work that takes the listener to a unique auditory universe, full of texture and depth.

The music can be described as world and future folk, with influences from psychedelic and electronic music. It is a genre-transcending mix that is both adventurous and melodic.
